Technology and AI adoption strategy
Before a company commits to building anything, someone has to know what the organization actually does all day, which of that work technology can carry, and what the change will cost to run once it is live. That is the piece of work this service covers.
The audit
We map the processes as they run, with the people who run them: where the work starts, what passes between departments, which systems hold the data, and which steps exist because a tool once made them necessary. The map is specific enough to argue with, and most of the useful arguments happen while we are drawing it.
The strategy
Out of the map comes a plan for what to adopt and in which order, with the sequence tied to business outcomes and to the readiness of the data behind each step. Some of the plan is buying a tool, some of it is removing one that no longer earns its place, and the parts that call for custom software are the parts where an off-the-shelf product would leave the operation working around it.
Why this comes first
Building custom software is expensive to get wrong, and the cost lands months after the decision. We have delivered more than 40 custom platforms for SMB and enterprise organizations — tech companies, real estate developers and educational businesses — which is where our read on what to build and what to leave alone comes from.
What you get

- A ranked adoption plan with the business outcome attached to each step.
- The data and access work that has to happen before AI is useful.
- A view of what to build, what to buy, and what to stop paying for.
